1. Who we are
MANDATED / Mandated Property Group (“we”, “us”) is a registered estate agency regulated by the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA).

3. What information we collect
When you use the “See if you qualify” form, we collect your name and contact details, for example your email address and phone number.
4. Why we collect it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, contact you about opportunities with us, and assess whether you may be a fit for them.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information.
It is accessed only by authorised MPG staff involved in recruitment.
We may share it with service providers who help us operate our website and systems, and only where required to do so, or where the law requires it.
6. How we store and protect it
Your information is kept in a spreadsheet on Microsoft 365.
We limit access to those who need it and take reasonable steps to protect it against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information for 5 years after your last contact with us, unless the law requires longer, after which we delete it.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you may object to our processing of it.
