*Additional earning components apply to qualifying transactions using Mandated Legal and/or Mandated Finance and are subject to the applicable terms and requirements. The 0.5% Mandated Finance component is calculated on the applicable bond amount. The additional 5% Mandated Legal component is calculated on the applicable agency commission. Not every transaction qualifies for every additional earning component.
